Why blame Apex Court or the Trial Court which tried gas disaster case. The media is instigating the public and adopting it as a face saving device. Same is the case with the Union and the M.P.State government. It is true that the present government had no role in the Gas Kand (episode). It was the Arjunsingh’s time when he was Chief Minister and now he disowns the responsibility and the Congress disowns Arjunsing. It means Arjunsing and Congress is playing hide and sick role with the public.
The then Collector Bhopal Motisingh says that he was pressurized by the then Chief Sectary Brahamswarup and compailed him to release Anderson on bail though he had no jurisdiction to do so. Naturally Brahamaswaroop must have acted on the advice of the then CM Arjunsing was thus directly responsible for the post disaster activities. I have several times said and will reiterate that the most corrupt lobby in India is that of bureaucrats, police and politicians and it is not less than termite which is destroying the democracy of the nation.
The media is not yet tired to blame Narendra Modi for after disaster of Dahod episode but the media is silent on Arjunsing and Congress as it is pet of Congress.
In fact victims were interested in getting money in huge quantity and they got it but they yet expect money in perpetuity and for that they are always in fighting mood and the politicians and media always help to do so. There is nothing any thing fair. Now it is Justice Ahmadi who is target for no reason.Meadia wants any thing to instigate people to save it face. It makes no difference for the judiciary. It is better that that Justice Balkrishan is retired who had given undesired lift to media. The judiciary should never be on defending side but on asserting side and should assert by taking judicial notice. But unfortunately it is busy with making the subordinate judiciary victimized. By doing so the judiciary cannot be made stronger.
